Premiering tomorrow, October 13, is the new CW drama Jane the Virgin created by Jennie Snyder Urman and starring Gina Rodriguez, Andrea Navedo, Justin Baldoni, Yael Grobglas, Brett Dier, Ivonne Coll and Jaime Camil. Kevin Kiner (Hell on Wheels, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, CSI: Miami) is composing the show’s score and Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain, The Motorcycle Diaries, Babel) has composed the theme music. Also premiering tomorrow is the animated series Star Wars Rebels executive produced by Simon Kinberg, Dave Filoni & Greg Weisman and featuring the voices of Freddie Prinze, Jr., Taylor Gray, Steve Blum, Tiya Sircar and Vanessa Marshall. Kevin Kiner who previously scored the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars series and its feature adaptation also composed the music for the show. Premiering in the U.S. on Saturday, October 18, is the action drama Transporter: The Series starring Chris Vance, Andrea Osvart, Francois Berleand, Delphine Chaneac and Rachel Skaris.. The TV adaptation of Luc Besson’s action film franchise is scored by Nathaniel Mechaly (Taken series, Colombiana, Taxi Brooklyn). The show, which follows professional transporter Frank Martin, who opertates in a seedy underworld of dangerous criminals and desperate players, will air every Saturday night on TNT.
