The show is inspired by the 1999 feature of the same title (scored by Edward Shearmur) and stars Sarah Catherine Hook, Zac Burgess, Savannah Lee Smith, John Harlan Kim, Sara Silva, Khobe Clarke, Brooke Lena Johnson and Sean Patrick Thomas. The film is directed by Uberto Pasolini (Nowhere Special, Pachan) and stars Ralph Fiennes, Juliette Binoche and Charlie Plummer. The movie is based on Homer’s ancient classic The Odyssey and follows King Odysseus as he washes up on the shores of Ithaca after 20 years away and finds his beloved wife Penelope hounded by her many suitors to choose a new husband, and his son Telemachus facing death at the hands of the suitors who see him as an obstacle in their relentless pursuit of Penelope. The film marks the feature directorial debut of Max Eggers (who co-wrote The Lighthouse with his brother Robert) & Sam Eggers and stars Brandy Norwood, Andrew Burnap, Kathryn Hunter and Neal Huff. The movie is based on Susan Hill’s short story of the same title and follows a young woman whose ailing mother-in-law who who has long been estranged from the family moves in with her and proves to be the house guest from hell.
