da-vincis-demonsSparks & Shadows will release a new soundtrack album for the Starz original series Da Vinci’s Demons. The album features almost 2 hour of music from the original score of the show’s second season composed by Bear McCreary (Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) who received his first Emmy Award for the series’ main titles theme last year. The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 27, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A 2-CD collector’s edition will coming out later this year. Audio clips are available after the jump. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring highlights from the music of the first season. Da Vinci’s Demons is created by David S. Goyer and stars Tom Riley, Laura Haddock, Elliot Cowan, Blake Ritson and Lara Pulver. The final episodes of the fantasy drama’s second season currently air Saturday nights on Starz with the season finale scheduled to premiere on May 31.
