Manners McDade has released a soundtrack album for the French/German documentary The Mad Dog of Europe. The album features the film’s original music composed by Aisling Brouwer (The Buccaneers, Pompeii: Out of Time, White Riot, Lioness: The Nicola Adams Story). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. The Mad Dog of Europe is directed by Rubika Shah and centers on Herman Mankiewicz’s unproduced anti-Nazi feature project of the same name depicting the destruction of a German-Jewish family at the dawn of Hitler’s rise to power. The movie, which features interviews with Mankiewicz’s family, opened in French theaters this past April and has also screened at several international film festival. No word yet on a domestic release.
