Premiering tomorrow, December 1, is the Norwegian Netflix original film Troll 2 directed by Roar Uthaug and starring Ine Marie Wilmann, Sara Khorami, Kim S. Falck-Jørgensen, Karoline Viktoria Sletteng Garvang and Mads Sjøgård Pettersen. The movie’s original music is composed by Johannes Ringen (The Quake, Captain Fall,  The Arctic Convoy,The Burning Sea, Cave, La Palma, Asphalt Burning). Premiering on Wednesday, December 3, is the Prime Video original movie Oh. What. Fun. written and directed by Michael Showalter and starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Felicity Jones, Chloë Grace Moretz, Joan Chen, Dominic Sessa, Denis Leary, Eva Longoria, Danielle Brooks, Havana Rose Liu, Maude Apatow, Devery Jacobs and Jason Schwartzman. Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, This Is Us, The Idea of You, Looking for Alaska, Welcome to Chippendales, Rabbit Hole) has composed the film’s original score. Sony Masterworks will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie by artists including Gwen Stefani, Sharon Van Etten, The Bird and the Bee, St. Vincent, Jeff Tweedy, Empress Of & others  on December 3. Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole,  Welcome to Chippendales, Looking for Alaska) has teamed up with Alan DeMoss (Government Cheese, A Family Affair) to score the new Disney+ original movie A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The film is directed by Jessica Yu (Quiz Show) and stars Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Andrew Barth Feldman, KJ Apa, Laverne Cox, Andrea Martin, Kenny G,Randall Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Justin Tranter serves as the project’s executive music producer. As previously reported, Hollywood Records & Republic Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie today.

‘Only Murders in the Building’ Season 5 Soundtrack Album Details

Hollywood Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Hulu original series Only Murders in the Building. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s fifth season composed by Emmy Award winner Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, Paradise, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole, Queenpins, Welcome to Chippendales, A Family Affair, No Good Deed, Looking for Alaska). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 24 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. The label has previously released multiple albums featuring the composer’s score from Season 1, Season 2, Season 3 & Season 4. Only Murders in the Building is created by Steve Martin & John Hoffman and stars Martin himself, Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Michael Cyril Creighton, as well as special guest stars Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Nathan Lane, Bobby Cannavale, Richard Kind, Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Keegan-Michael Key, Beanie Feldstein, Christoph Waltz, Téa Leoni, Dianne Wiest and Jermaine Fowler.

Oh. What. Fun. The film starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Felicity Jones, Chloë Grace Moretz, Dominic Sessa, Denis Leary, Danielle Brooks, Havana Rose Liu, Jason Schwartzman, Devery Jacobs, Maude Apatow, Eva Longoria & Joan Chen follows a mother preparing her annual Christmas celebration, but when she is forgotten by her family, she sets off on a festive adventure of her own.

Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series Miss Austen written by Andrea Gibb based on Gill Hornby’s novel and starring Keeley Hawes, Rose Leslie, Patsy Ferran, Phyllis Logan, Synnøve Karlsen, Max Irons, Jessica Hynes, Alfred Enoch, Kevin McNally, Calam Lynch, Mirren Mack and Liv Hill. The show’s original music is composed by Dominik Scherrer (The Missing, The Tourist, The Widow,  Primeval, Baptiste, The Serpent, Ripper Street, The Confessions of Frannie Langton, Requiem). Dubois Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score this past February following its debut in the UK on BBC One. Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, This Is Us, Welcome to Chippendales, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole, Looking for Alaska) has provided the original score for the new Prime Video documentary special Octopus!. The 2-parter is directed by Niharika Desai (The Principles of Pleasure), narrated by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and centers on one of the most intelligent and mysterious life forms on Earth as it follows the Giant Pacific Octopus from birth to death. The special features an eclectic mix of characters who have their own unique connections to these creatures, from the explorer trying to understand them, the scientist trying to save them to actor/comedian Tracy Morgan who is obsessed with them.

Pharell Williams has contributed the opening titles song for the show created by Paul Hunter & Aeysha Carr (Woke) and starring David Oyelowo, Simone Missick, Jahi Di’Allo Winston, Bokeem Woodbine, Evan Ellison, Jeremy Bobb, Julien Heron, Louis Cancelmi, Djilali Rez-Kallah, Thomas Beaudoin, Louis Ferreira, Kyle Mac, John Ortiz and Adam Beach. The comedy is set in 1969 San Fernando Valley and tells the story of a quirky family pursuing lofty and seemingly impossible dreams, beautifully unfettered by the realities of the world, bu when a family member is released from prison, his long-awaited family reunion doesn’t go quite as he’d planned.

Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Hulu original series Paradise. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Emmy Award winner Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, This Is Us, Welcome to Chippendales, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole, Looking for Alaska, No Good Deed, Your Place or Mine)  Also included is an instrumental interpretation of Phil Collins’ Another Day in Paradise and Wendy Wang’s cover of Poison’s Every Rose Has Its Thorn. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 31 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Khosla’s first track (Welcome to Paradise) below. Paradise is created by Dan Fogelman and stars Sterling K. Premiering tonight is the new CBS drama Watson developed by Craig Sweeny and starring Morris Chestnut, Eve Harlow, Peter Mark Kendall, Inga Schlingmann, Ritchie Coster and Rochelle Aytes. The show’s original music is composed by Paul Leonard-Morgan (Limitless, Dredd, Dynasty, Boston Strangler, Tales from the Loop, Wormwood). The series, which takes place six months after the death of the title character’s friend and partner Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty and follows Dr. John Watson as he resumes his medical career as the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders, will air Sunday nights on CBS and will also be available to stream on Paramount+.

Premiering on Tuesday, January 28, is the Hulu original series Paradise created by Dan Fogelman and starring Sterling K. Brown, James Marsden, Julianne Nicholson, Aliyah Mastin, Sarah Shahi, Percy Daggs IV and Nicole Brydon Bloom.
