Hollywood Records will release the official soundtrack album for Guillermo del Toro’s psychological thriller Nightmare Alley. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nathan Johnson (Knives Out, Looper, Brick, The Brothers Bloom, Don Jon, Mr. Corman). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, December 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Nightmare Alley is co-written and directed by del Toro and stars Bradley Cooper, Cate Blanchett, Toni Collette, Rooney Mara, Richard Jenkins, Willem Dafoe, Ron Perlman and David Strathairn. The movie based on William Lindsay Gresham’s 1946 novel of the same name and revolves around an ambitious carny with a talent for manipulating people with a few well-chosen words who hooks up with a female psychiatrist who is even more dangerous than he is. The full details of the new soundtrack albums for the Apple TV+ original series Dickinson have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third and final season composed by Drum & Lace & Ian Hultquist (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Good Girls, Night Teeth, The First Monday in May, The Gospel According to Andre). Quartet Records has announced a soundtrack album for the Spanish drama Love Gets a Room (El amor en su lugar). The album features the film’s original music written by Emmy Award winner Victor Reyes (The Night Manager, Buried, Grand Piano, Red Lights, Down a Dark Hall, Perfect Strangers) who composed both the songs and the score for the project. The soundtrack is expected to be released digitally within the next couple of days. A CD version, which is limited to 500 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website. Love Gets a Room is co-written and directed by Rodrigo Cortés and stars Clara Rugaard, Ferdia Walsh-Peelo, Mark Ryder and Valentina Belle. The movie is set in German-occupied Warsaw during World War II and follows a band of Jewish actors contemplating escape while staging the Jerzy Jurandot-penned play of the same name.
