The film is directed by Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect 2, Charlie’s Angels) and stars Keri Russell, O’Shea Jackson, Ray Liotta, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Alden Ehrenreich, Margo Martindale, Kristofer Hivju, Brooklynn Prince, Christian Convery, Kahyun Kim and Scott Seiss. The movie is inspired by true events, which took place in Kentucky in 1985, involving a real-life 175-pound bear who died of an apparent cocaine overdose. Propeller Recordings has released a soundtrack album for the Norwegian comedy Ninjababy. The album features the film’s original music composed by Kåre Chr. Vestrheim (In Order of Disappearance, Two Buddies and a Badger, Women in Oversized Men’s Shirts). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out audio samples. Ninjababy is co-written and directed by Yngvild Sve Flikke and stars Kristine Kujath Thorp, Arthur Berning, Nader Khademi and Tora Christine Dietrichson. Jones, Jimmy Akingbola and Simone Joy Jones. The show’s original music is composed by Terrace Martin and Robert Glasper (Miles Ahead, The Photograph). The rest of the season will debut weekly every Thursday on Peacock.
Premiering on Thursday, February 17, is the Paramount+ animated series Big Nate based on the best-selling children’s books written and drawn by Lincoln Peirce and starring Ben Giroux, Rob Delaney, Dove Cameron, Arnie Pantoja, Daniel MK Cohen, Charlie Schlatter, Bryce Charles, Kevin M Richardson and Carolyn Hennessy.
