Premiering on Wednesday, October 23, is the HBO original documentary series Breath of Fire directed by Hayley Pappas & Smiley Stevens about millennial Guru Jagat and his evolution while chronicling the shocking secret history of Kundalini through its origins in the 1960s to its expansion in the U.S. and its presence in wellness circles today. The show’s original music is composed by Sarah Lipstate (aka Noveller) who has made her scoring debut on the project. Also premiering on Wednesday is the French Netflix original film Family Pack (Loups-Garous) directed by François Uzan and starring Franck Dubosc, Suzanne Clément, Jean Reno, Lisa Do Couto Teixeira, Raphaël Romand, Alizée Caugnies, Grégory Fitoussi, Jonathan Lambert and Bruno Gouery. Guillaume Roussel (Black Beauty, 3 Days to Kill, The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan & Milday, Expend4bles, The Spy, Lift, Happy!) has composed the original score for the new French Netflix original film Family Pack (Loups-Garous). The movie is directed by François Uzan (On sourit pour la photo) and stars Franck Dubosc, Jean Reno, Suzanne Clément, Raphaël Romand, Lisa Do Couto Teixeira, Alizée Caugnies, Jonathan Lambert, Grégory Fitoussi and Bruno Gouery. The family adventure is based on the board game Werewolves of Millers Hollow created by Philippe des Pallières & Hervé Marly and follows a family who – after discovering a mysterious Card game – jumps back in time to a medieval village, where they must unmask werewolves to secure their return home. Netflix’s ‘Territory’ to Feature Music by Johnny Klimek & Gabriel Mounsey

Johnny Klimek (Cloud Atlas, Sense8, Run Lola Run, Babylon Berlin, The Matrix Resurrections, The International) and Gabriel Mounsey (Breaking In, Boy Swallows Universe, Messiah, This Is Congo) have teamed up to score the new Australian Netflix original series Territory. The show is created by Timothy Lee & Ben Davies (Bondi Rescue) and stars Anna Torv, Michael Dorman, Robert Taylor, Philippa Northeast, Sam Corlett, Sara Wiseman, Clarence Ryan, Joe Klocek and Kylah Day. The drama directed by Greg McLean (Wolf Creek, The Belko Experiment) follows the outback’s most powerful factions – desert gangsters, cattle barons, Indigenous elders and billionaire miners – as they make their move when the world’s largest cattle station is left without a clear successor. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the horror sequel Smile 2 written and directed by Parker Finn and starring Naomi Scott, Kyle Gallner, Rosemarie DeWitt, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Lukas Gage, Ray Nicholson and Dylan Gelula. The film’s original score is composed by Cristobal Tapia de Veer (The White Lotus, Utopia, The Third Day, The Girl with All the Gifts) who previously scored the 2022 original movie. Interscope Records has released a soundtrack EP featuring the original songs from the movie performed by Scott (as her character Skye Riley) last Friday. A separate score album is expected to be coming out next week. Also opening nationwide is the comedy Goodrich written and directed by Hallie Meyers-Shyer and starring Michael Keaton, Mila Kunis, Lauren Benanti, Carmen Ejogo, Kevin Pollak, Michael Urie, Danny Deferrari, Nico Haraga, Viven Lyra Blair and Andie MacDowell. Christopher Willis (The Death of Stalin, The Personal History of David Copperfield, Veep, Schmigadoon!,The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, Old Dads) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. The track written by the show’s composer Scott Bomar (Black Snake Moan, Dolemite Is My Name, Mississippi Grind, Hustle & Flow, Here Comes Rusty) is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Warner Records has released the original song Bricks from the drama Exhibiting Forgiveness. The track co-written (with the film’s composer Jherek Bischoff) and performed by Andra Day is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon.
