The album features the film’s original music composed by Dascha Dauenhauer (Berlin Alexanderplatz, The Swarm, Blood Red Sky, Bliss, Souls). Also included is Elias Abid’s & Ysa’s cover of Leonard Cohen’s Who by Fire. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 25 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Alhambra Records has released a soundtrack album for the German family adventure Wild Heart (Ponyherz). The album features the film’s original music composed by Eloi Ragot (The Break, The Red Orchestra, Unseen) and performed by the Galaxy Symphonic Orchestra. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. A CD version is also being released. Wild Heart is directed by Markus Dietrich and stars Martha Haberland, Franz Krause, Sophie Lutz, Dieter Hallervorden, Peter Lohmeyer and Nilam Farooq. Sky and Peacock have announced today that Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Inception, Dune, The Dark Knight) and Kara Talve (Prehistoric Planet, The Simpsons) will score the upcoming limited series The Tattooist of Auschwitz. The show is based on the bestselling novel of the same title by Heather Morris and stars Jonah Hauer-King, Anna Próchniak, Harvey Keitel, Melanie Lynskey and Jonas Nay. The 6-part drama is inspired by the true-life story of Lale Sokolov who arrived at Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1942 and was given the job of tattooing identification numbers on prisoners’ arms.
