The movie is directed by James Griffiths (Cuban Fury, A Million Little Things), scored by Adem Ilhan (Avenue 5, In the Loop, The Beautiful Game, The Ones Below, The Ghost of Peter Sellers) and stars Basden himself, Carey Mulligan, Tim Key, Sian Clifford and Akemnji Ndifornyen. The movie follows an eccentric lottery winner who lives alone on a remote island and dreams of getting his favorite musicians back together, but his fantasy quickly turns into reality when the bandmates (and former lovers) accept his invitation to play a private show at his home. The film is directed by Kim A. Writer/director and composer Bertrand Bonello (The Beast, Saint Laurent, NocturamaZombi Child, On War) has signed on to score the upcoming documentary Europe’s New Faces. The film is directed by Sam Abbas (The Wedding, Alia’s Birth) and captures the migrant experience, from crossing the Mediterranean Sea out of Libya to settling in Paris-based squats. The movie explores aspects of the migrant experience, including the constant threat of legal action, the struggle to find a place to live and the exploitation in the workplace due to lack of documentation. bafta1 The British Academy of Film and Television has announced the nominations for the 2025 EE British Academy Film Awards, including the five nominees in the music category. The organization has previously released a shortlist of ten titles last month. La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1989 James Bond movie Licence to Kill directed by John Glen and starring Timothy Dalton, Carey Lowell,Robert Davi, Anthony Zerbe and Talisa Soto. The 35th Anniversary Edition album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Michael Kamen (Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, X-MenDie Hard, Lethal Weapon, The Iron Giant, The Three MusketeersMr. Holland’s Opus), including previously unreleased music. Also included are two versions of the title song performed by Gladys Knight.
