huntersAndy Gray has been hired to score the upcoming Syfy original series Hunters. The show is developed by Natalie Chaidez (12 Monkeys, Heroes) based on Whitley Strieber’s best-selling novel Alien Hunter and stars Julian McMahon, Nathan Phillips, Britne Oldford, Lewis Fitz-Gerald, Mark Coles Smith, Gareth Davies, Shannon Berry and Laura Gordon. The drama chronicles the disappearance of the wife of a decorated Philadelphia cop which leads him to a secret government unit assembled to hunt a group of ruthless terrorists. The film marks the filmmaker’s second feature directorial effort and stars Liam James, Sarah Steel, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Austin McKenzie. The movie is based on the off-Broadway play of the same title by Stephen Karam (The Seagull) and follows a misfit trio of high school students who, frustrated by the hypocrisy of their authority figures, revive their school’s long since shut-down speech and debate club.
