Editions Musicales Francois has released a soundtrack album for the nature documentary Antarctica Calling (Voyage au pôle sud). The album features the film’s original music composed by Cyrille Aufort (March of the Penguins 2: The Next Step, A Royal Affair, Splice, The Other Story, Heart of Oak, Ombline). The album features selections of the composer’s original score from the show and will be released digitally tomorrow, December 20 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. C*A*U*G*H*T is created by Kick Gurry and stars Gurry himself, Sean Penn, Matthew Fox, Bryan Brown, Ben O’Toole, Alexander England, Lincoln Younes, Mel Jarnson, Dorian Nkono, Fayssal Bazzi and Susan Sarandon. The new season, entitled Genius: MLK/X stars Kelvin Harrison Jr. & Aaron Pierre in the title roles, alongside Weruche Opia, Jayme Lawson and Ron Cephas. The drama focuses on two iconic geniuses – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X – and explores how their dueling philosophies helped usher America through the Civil Rights Movement. The film marks actor Chiwetel Ejiofor’s second feature directorial effort (following 2019’s The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind) and stars Jay Will, Mary J. Blige, Ejiofor himself, Camila Cabello, Mare Winningham and Michael Kelly. The movie is based on Jeff Hobbs’ bestselling biography and tells the story of a young man who grew up in an impoverished section of Newark, NJ and later graduated from Yale before leading a dual life in academia and research while also earning six figures selling marijuana.
