The show is developed by Abe Sylvia (George & Tammy) based on the novel Mr. and Mrs. American Pie by Juliet McDaniel and stars Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, Leslie Bibb, Josh Lucas, Mindy Cohn, Amber Chardae Robinson, Julia Duffy and Kaia Gerber. Capitol Christian Music Group has released a second soundtrack album for the musical adventure Journey to Bethlehem. The Deluxe Edition album features the original songs from the film written by music producer Adam Anders (Glee, Rock of Ages, Dirty Dancing) who also directed the movie, Nikki Anders & Peer Astrom and performed by the project’s cast. Also included is the previously unreleased original score from the movie composed by Astrom and Adam Anders. Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the soundtrack. Premiering on Wednesday, December 20, is the Disney+ original series Percy Jackson and the Olympians developed by Rick Riordan & Jonathan E. Steinberg based on Riordan’s book series and starring Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri. Bear McCreary (The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Outlander, The Walking Dead) has composed the themes for the show and Sparks & Shadows have provided the score. Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album this coming Friday, December 22. Premiering on Thursday, December 21, is the second season of the Peacock original anthology series Dr. Death written by Ashley Michel Hoban based on the Wondery podcast and starring Edgar Ramírez, Mandy Moore, Luke Kirby, Gustaf Hammarsten and Ashley Madekwe. The show’s original music is composed by Leopold Ross (Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, The Book of Eli, Death Note, Dispatches from Everywhere) & Nick Chuba (The Girl from Plainville, Operation Varsity Blues) who previously co-scored Season 1 with Atticus Ross.
