The drama takes place in the wake of a hotly contested Presidential election, as America finds itself plunging uncontrollably into a modern day Civil War. Smith is also executive producing the MGM Television production with Lloyd Braun (Alphas, The Cape) and Thomas Kelly (Copper, The Get Down). Allen Coulter is directing the pilot.
