Corey Allen Jackson has been hired to score the upcoming drama The Bleeder. The film is directed by Philippe Falardeau (Monsieur Lazhar, The Good Lie) and stars Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts, Elisabeth Moss, Jim Gaffigan, Michael Rapaport, Pooch Hall, Morgan Spector and Ron Perlman. The movie tells the true story of former New Jersey heavyweight boxer and womanizer Chuck Wepner who boxed 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali and inspired Sylvester Stallone to write Rocky. Jeff Feuerzeig(The Devil and Daniel Johnston), Jerry Stahl (Bad Boys II, Hemingway & Gellhorn) and Michael Cristofer (The Witches of Eastwick) have written the screenplay.

‘The Good Lie’ Soundtrack Details
Warner Bros. Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama The Good Lie. The album features the original song Find a Way by Nico & Vinz, which is already available as a single, as well as tracks by Emmanuel Jal & Nelly Furtado, Melpo Mene, Run River North, Xavier Rudd and Ayub Ogada. Also included are four cues from the film’s original score composed by Martin Leon (Monsieur Lazhar). The soundtrack will be released on September 30, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Martin Léon is reuniting with director Philippe Falardeau on the upcoming indie drama The Good Lie. The movie marks the filmmaker’s first English language project and stars Reese Witherspoon, Corey Stoll, Sarah Baker and Brit Arnold Oceng. The film follows a young refugee of the Sudanese Civil War who wins a lottery for relocation to the United States with three other lost boys and develops an unlikely friendship with a brash American woman assigned to help them. Margaret Nagle (Warm Springs, Boardwalk Empire) has written the screenplay. Molly Smith (Beautiful Creatures, P.S. I Love You), Trent Luckinbill and Thad Luckinbill are producing the project for Black Label Media, alongside Brian Grazer & Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13, 24) and Karen Kehela Sherwood (Blue Crush) for Imagine Entertainment.
