Sony Music will release the official soundtrack album for the drama Same Kind of Different as Me. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Paesano (Daredevil, The Maze Runner, Pacific Rim Uprising, The Defenders). Also included is the original song Stubborn Angels performed by Brad Paisley, as well as Ann Peebles’ Until You Came Into My Life. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 20 and will be available to download here. A CD version is also set to be released overseas and is now available to order as an import on Amazon. Same Kind of Different as Me is written and directed by Michael Carney and stars Greg Kinnear, Renee Zellweger, Jon Voight, Djimon Hounsou and Olivia Holt. ‘Creep 2’ Soundtrack to Be Released

A soundtrack will be released for the horror sequel Creep 2. The digital single features two tracks from the film’s original score composed by Julian Wass (Room 104, Hit & Run, The Overnight, Blue Jay), as well as the song Sara Loves Her Juicy Fruit by Albert Natural. The soundtrack is now available to order on Amazon and iTunes. Creep 2 is directed by Patrick Brice who previously helmed the 2014 original movie and stars Mark Duplass, Desiree Akhavan and Karan Soni. The movie follows a video artist who, after finding an ad online for “video work”, drives to a remote house in the forest and meets a man claiming to be a serial killer. Johann Johannsson has been named Film Composer of the Year at the 17th World Soundtrack Awards, tonight’s closing event of the 44th Ghent Film Festival for his score for Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival. He was previously nominated in the category in 2015. Nicholas Britell received his first World Soundtrack Award in the Discovery of the Year category for his Academy Award-nominated score from Moonlight. Benjamin Wallfisch revealed in a recent interview with Collider that he is currently scoring the upcoming psychological thriller Keepers. The movie marks the feature debut of Danish director Kristoffer Nyholm (Taboo, The Killing) and stars Gerard Butler, Peter Mullan and Connor Swindells. The film tells the story of three lighthouse keepers arriving on a remote, uninhabited island for a six-week shift, who discover something potentially life-changing that isn’t theirs to keep.
