Intrada Records has released a new soundtrack album for the 1971 British horror movie The Nightcomers directed by Michael Winner and starring Marlon Brando, Stephanie Beacham, Thora Hird and Harry Andrews. The album features the newly remastered original score from the film composed and conducted by Jerry Fielding ( The Wild BunchEscape from Alcatraz, Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia, The Bad News Bears, The Gambler). Island Records and Tuff Gong have announced a soundtrack EP for the biographical drama Bob Marley: One Love. The EP features seven covers of popular Bob Marley songs inspired by the film and performed by artists such as Bloody Civilian, Skip Marley, Leon Bridges, Wizkid, Daniel Caesar and Jessie Reyez. The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 14, 2024 and will be available to stream/download here. A first track (Three Little Birds performed by Kacey Musgraves) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out after the jump. Milan Records has released an English language version of the original song End of Summer from the animated feature The Peasants. The track written by the film’s composer L.U.C. (aka Lukasz Rostkowski) is performed by singer/songwriter Katie Melua and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the song below. Premiering on Wednesday, January 31, is the FX limited series Feud: Capote vs. The Swans developed by Jon Robin Baitz and starring Tom Hollander, Naomi Watts, Diane Lane, Calista Flockhart, Chloë Sevigny, Demi Moore, Treat Williams, Molly Ringwald, Joe Mantello and Russell Tovey. The show’s original score is composed by Julia Newman (At the Gates) and Thomas Newman (The Shawshank Redemption, Finding Nemo, American Beauty1917) has contributed the main title theme. Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ music this coming week. The film marks the feature directorial debut of screenwriter Adam Cooper (Accepted, Exodus: Gods and Kings) and stars Russell Crowe, Karen Gillan, Márton Csókás, Harry Greenwood, Thomas M. Wright and Tommy Flanagan. The movie is based on E.O. Chirovici’s novel The Book of Mirrors and revolves around an ex-homicide detective with a fractured memory who is forced to revisit a case he can’t remember and must piece together the brutal evidence from a decade-old murder investigation.
