George Fenton has been hired to score the upcoming revenge thriller Hard Powder. The film is directed by Hans Petter Moland (Aberdeen) and stars Liam Neeson, Laura Dern, Emmy Rossum, William Forsythe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Domenick Lombardozzi and Tom Bateman. The movie is based on Moland’s 2014 feature In Order of Disappearance and follows a snowplow driver and pillar of his Colorado community whose life is up-ended by his son’s killing at the hands of a powerful local drug lord. Sister Pictures and Kudos Film & Television have released a new soundtrack album for the Channel 4 series Flowers. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Arthur Sharpe. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The production companies have previously released an album featuring Sharpe’s music from the first season. Flowers is created by Will Sharpe and stars Olivia Colman, Julian Barratt, Daniel Rigby and Sophia Di Martino. The show revolves around a renowned children’s book author who is battling severe depression as he tries to sort out his not-quite-complete divorce from his delusional, music teacher wife.
