Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1972 comedy drama Hammersmith Is Out directed by Peter Ustinov and starring Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Ustinov himself, Beau Bridges, Leon Ames, Leon Askin, Anthony Holland and George Raft. The 2-CD set features the film’s complete original score composed and conducted by Dominic Frontiere (The Outer Limits, Chisum, 12 O’Clock High, Hang ‘Em High, Modern Problems, The Stunt Man, The Aviator, The Invaders), including previously unreleased music, on the first disc, and bonus tracks (including unused and alternate cues), as well as the content of the original soundtrack album (released on vinyl by Capitol Records in 1972 and on CD by Quarter Records in 2013).
