The film is directed by William Olsson (An American Affair) and stars Alexandra Daddario, Carice van Houten, Misuzu Kanno, Kate Easton and Takehiro Hira. The movie revolves around an American English teacher and her nightly pilgrimages through Tokyo’s glittering nightlife in an attempt to forget her painful past and discover new meaning in the arms of a mysterious man. Atresmúsica has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish thriller Offering to the Storm (Ofrenda a la tormenta). The album features the film’s original music composed by Fernando Velazquez (The ImpossibleThe OrphanageHerculesDevil, Crimson Peak, A Monster Calls). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the full track list and listen to audio samples. Quartet Records will release a CD version later this month. Offering to the Storm is directed by Fernando Gonzalez Molina and stars Marta Etura, Paco Tous, Pedro Casablanc, Elvira Mínguez, Susi Sánchez and Leonardo Sbaraglia. The movie is the third and final chapter in the Invisible Guardian trilogy and follows Amaia Salazar as she is called in to investigate the death of a still-born baby girl and the arrest of the child’s father. The film is directed by Roger Kumble (Cruel Intentions, The Sweetest Thing) and stars Josephine Langford, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Dylan Sprouse, Charlie Weber, Candice King, Karimah Westbrook, Rob Estes, Shane Paul McGhie, Samuel Larsen, Dylan Arnold and Khadijha Red. The movie is based on the YA romance novel by Anna Todd who also wrote the sequel’s screenplay with Mario Celaya. Todd is also producing the Voltage Pictures production with Jennifer Gibgot (Tangled, Step Up), Mark Canton (300, Immortals), Courtney Solomon (Cake, Mr. Church), Nicholas Chartier (The Hurt Locker, Colossal) and Brian Pitt.
