Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain, Babel, The Motorcycle Diaries, The Last of Us, The Book of Life) has teamed up with Juan Luqui (Wild Life, (Monsterland, Dear Child), Paco Cabral (Diego: The Last Goodbye) and Matias Tozolla (Messenger on a White Horse) to score the upcoming documentary Norita. He also serves as an executive producer on the film directed by Jayson McNamara & Andrea Tortonese and tells the story of Norita Cortiñas who helped found a movement of Argentinian mothers in the 1970s whose children had been “disappeared” by the country’s right-wing military regime and is seen as a fundamental fixture in the movement’s success during the country’s 2020 vote to legalize abortion.
