Netflix has announced that Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, The Revenant, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Little Buddha, Snake Eyes) is contributing the original music to the streamer’s upcoming sci-fi horror anime series exception. The show is based on a story by Hirotaka Adachi and features the voices of Nolan North, Robbie Daymond, Ali Hillis, Eugene Byrd and Nadine Nicole in the English language version and Chikahiro Kobayashi, Takahiro Sakurai, Yuko Kaida, Takanori Hoshino and Atsumi Tanezaki in the Japanese version.

‘Babylon Berlin’ Season 4 Soundtrack Album Details
BMG will release a new soundtrack album for the German TV series Babylon Berlin. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth season composed by Johnny Klimek & Tom Tykwer (Run Lola Run, Cloud Atlas, The International, The Matrix Resurrections, Perfume: The Story of a Murderer). Also included are tracks by Max Raabe & Palast Orchester, MEUTE, LaBrassBanda, Meret Becker, Moritz Wolpert & others. The Vol. III soundtrack will be released digitally on October 7 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the pre-order link of the CD version. The label has previously released two soundtracks featuring the music from Seasons 1 & 2 and Season 3.

Michael Giacchino Scoring Marvel’s ‘Werewolf by Night’ Halloween Special
Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, The Batman, Jurassic World, The Incredibles, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) has confirmed that he is scoring Marvel Studios’ upcoming Halloween special Werewolf by Night. The composer is also directing the project, which stars Gael García Bernal in the title role of Jack Russell, as well as Laura Donnelly, Harriet Sansom Harris and Eugenie Bondurant. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito and Victoria Alonso are executive producing the special.
‘Central Park’ Season 3 Soundtrack Album Announced
Hollywood Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original animated series Central Park. The album features the original songs from the show’s third season written by returning songwriters Elyssa Samsel & Kate Anderson, Regina Spektor, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, as well as new additions Open Mike Eagle, Mike Shinoda, Germaine Franco, Ester Dean, Helen Park and Garfunkel & Oates. The first twelve songs from the first three episodes of the new season are now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. More tracks will be released weekly over the next couple of weeks. The label has previously released four soundtracks featuring the songs from Season 1 and Season 2.
‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ Season 1, Episode 3 (‘Adar’) Soundtrack Album Released
Amazon Content Services has released the latest soundtrack album for the Amazon original series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. The album features the original music from the third episode (entitled Adar) of the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Outlander, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Battlestar Galactica). The soundtrack is now available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music and is set to debut on other digital music stores following the premiere of the season finale in October. The label has previously released two soundtracks featuring McCreary’s score from Episode 1 and Episode 2 last week, as well as the Season One album, which features music by McCreary and the main title theme by Howard Shore

Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix limited series Lost Ollie. The album features the show’s original score composed by Scot Stafford (Trash Truck, Presto). Also included is the composer’s & Hayde Bluegrass Orchestra’s cover version of the Everly Brothers’ All I Have to Do Is Dream, which has previously been released as a digital single. Lost Ollie is created by Shannon Tindleb inspired by the book Ollie’s Odyssey by William Joyce and stars Jonathan Groff, Mary J. The full details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix docuseries The Andy Warhol Diaries have been revealed. The album features the show’s original music composed by Brad Oberhofer (Alone Together, The Cleaner). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 9 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. A first track has already been released this past June. The Andy Warhol Diaries is directed by Andrew Rossi and chronicles the life of Andy Warhol from the intimate vantage point offered by the artist’s own posthumously published diaries.
Dr. Dre to Score ‘Death for Hire: The Origin of Tehk City’ Animated Series
Deadline is reporting that Dr. Dre will compose the original score for the upcoming animated series Death for Hire: The Origin of Tehk City. The show is created by Ice-T & Arabian Prince based on the graphic novel of the same title and features the voice talent of Ice-T himself, his wife Coco, Treach, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Tracy Morgan, Mike Epps, Roxanne Shanté, Peter Scanavino, Ben Baller, Styles P, Emilio Rivera, Tone Trump, Tommy The Animator and Shannon Eric Denton. The series follows a crooked mayor, his deadly female assassin and right-hand-man who must navigate the savage law of the street.
