Premiering on Tuesday, February 11, is the Netflix original anime film The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep directed by Kang Hei Chul and starring Doug Cockle, Joey Batey, Anya Chalotra and Christina Wren. The movie’s original music is composed by Joseph Trapanese (The Witcher, Oblivion, Shadow and Bone, Straight Outta Compton, The Greatest Showman, The Raid: Redemption, Project Power). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced soon. Premiering on Wednesday, February 12, is the Disney+ original documentary series Harlem Ice directed by Samantha Knowles and executive produced by Imagine Entertainment’s Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Sara Bernstein, Geeta Gandbhir, Meredith Kaulfers, Robin Roberts and Justin Wilkes. Sami Jano (Dads, We Feed People) & James Jano have composed the show’s original music. The 5-parter, which follows the coaches and girls of Figure Skating in Harlem as they prepare for performances, competitions, and a life-changing global experience, will be available to stream exclusively on Disney+.

Title Theme from Netflix’s ‘The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan’ Released

Netflix Music has released the title theme from the new Indian Netflix original documentary series The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan. The track is written by the show’s composer C. Girinandh and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the theme below. The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan is directed by Chandradev Bhagat & Stewart Sugg and traces the cricketing rivalry between India and Pakistan. Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Cassandra’ to Be Released

Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the German Netflix limited series Cassandra. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Mathieu Lamboley (Lupin, The Rosemaker, Between Two Worlds, Lolo, The Last Mercenary, Sisters in Arms,  A Minuscule Adventure). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, February 7. Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the album and also check out the composer’s title track below. Cassandra is created by Benjamin Gutsche and stars Lavinia Wilson, Mina Tander, Michael Klammer, Franz Hartwig, Mary Tölle, Joshua Kantara, Filip Schnack, Elias Grünthal, Michel Koch and Pina Kühr. The 6-part sci-fi thriller follows a family who learn that their vintage smart home is under the control of a virtual assistant who was developed in the 1970s and senses a second chance after being out of service following the death of the house’s former occupants.

‘Clean Slate’ Theme Song Released

Madison Gate Records has released the theme song from the new Prime Video original series Clean Slate. The track performed by Alex Newell & the show’s composer Pierre Charles (Inventing Anna, East New York, They Cloned Tyrone) and is now available to stream/download as a digital single (which also includes an instrumental version) on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Netflix Music has released five songs from the fifth season of the Brazilian Netflix original series Sintonia. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services (as digital singles) are the tracks Atrás do Meu Corre, Herói ou Vilão & Veio pra Mudar performed by lead actor Jottapê as MC Doni, Contra a Maré performed by MC Doni, Larety, Nuevo & MLK, as well as Movido pela Rima performed by Nuevo, Larety & MLK. Also listen to all five songs below. The label has previously released several digital singles featuring songs from the previous seasons, while BMG has released a soundtrack EP featuring songs from Season 1 back in 2019. Sintonia is created by Kondzilla and also stars Christian Malheiros and Bruna Mascarenhas.

Sion Trefor (Say Nothing) is the composer of the upcoming British Netflix limited series Toxic Town. The show is written by Jack Thorne (His Dark Materials, Enola Holmes) and stars Jodie Whittaker, Aimee Lou Wood, Claudia Jessie, Robert Carlyle, Rory Kinnear, Brendan Coyle, Stephen McMillan, Joe Dempsie, Lauren Lyle, Michael Socha and Karla Crome. The 4-part drama directed by Minkie Spiro (Pieces of Her) is based one of the UK’s biggest environmental scandals and tells the story of the people at the heart of the Corby poisonings, focusing on the mothers who took on a David and Goliath battle for justice.

Premiering tonight is the Adult Swim original series Common Side Effects created by Joe Bennett & Steve Hely and starring Dave King, Emily Pendergast, Mike Judge, Joseph Lee Anderson and Martha Kelly. The show’s original music is composed by Nicolas Snyder (Scavengers Reign). The animated comedic thriller, which follows two former high school lab partners who share a secret after one of them discovers the world’s greatest medicine: a mushroom that can heal almost anything, will air every Sunday night on Adult Swim and will also be available to stream on Max.

Premiering on Wednesday, February 5, is the Netflix original film Kinda Pregnant directed by Tyler Spindel and starring Amy Schumer (who also co-wrote the screenplay), Jillian Bell, Will Forte, Brianne Howey, Damon Wayans Jr., Urzila Carlson, Lizze Broadway, Chris Geere, Alex Moffa and Joel David Moore. Rupert Gregson-Williams (Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Over the Hedge, The Gilded Age, Hacksaw Ridge, The Legend of Tarzan, The Perfect Couple, Smallfoot, Hotel Rwanda) has composed the movie’s original music. ‘A Boat in the Garden’ Soundtrack Released

22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the French animated feature A Boat in the Garden (Slocum et moi). The album features the film’s original music composed by Pascal Le Pennec (The Painting, The Black Pharaoh, the Savage and the Princess, Peekaboo, Louise by the Shore) and performed by the Orchestre National de Bretagne. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the composer’s end titles track after the jump. A Boat in the Garden directed by Jean-François Laguionie is set in the 1950s and tells the story of an 11-year-old boy who is intrigued to discover that his parents are building a boat in their little garden, a replica of the famous sailor Joshua Slocum’s sailboat.

Clinton Shorter to Score USA’s ‘The Rainmaker’ TV Series

Clinton Shorter (District 9, The Expanse, 2 Guns, Pompeii,  Contraband, Copshop, Boss Level, Colony) has been hired to score the upcoming USA original series The Rainmaker. The show is developed by Michael Seitzman (Incarnate, Intelligence) based on the bestselling novel by John Grisham (which has previously been adapted into a feature directed by Francis Ford Coppola and scored by Elmer Bernstein) and stars Milo Callaghan, John Slattery, Madison Iseman, Lana Parrilla, Wade Briggs, P.J. Byrne, Dan Fogler and Robyn Cara. The legal drama follows an attorney fresh out of law school as he goes head-to-head with a courtroom lion and his law school girlfriend to uncover two connected conspiracies surrounding the mysterious death of their client’s son.
