The movie is written and directed by Perry and stars Joshua Boone, Solea Pfeiffer, Amirah Vann, Austin Scott, Brent Antonello, Milauna Jackson, Kario Marcel, Brad Benedict, Lana Young and Ryan Eggold. The period drama is set from 1937-87 and centers on an investigation into an unsolved murder unveiling a story full of forbidden love, deceit and a secret that has been held for 40 years.

The film is directed by Cinzia Angelini & David Feiss (Cow and Chicken) and features the voice talent of Peter Dinklage, Lilly Singh, Rainn Wilson, Anitta, RuPaul and Hannah Gadsby. The movie is rooted in PBerkeley Breathed’s New York Times bestseller Pete & Pickles and centers on a pig hired by humans to bring back their escaped animals. The drama is set against the backdrop of the mid-20th century South and follows a woman who raised herself in the marshes outside of her small town and becomes a suspect in the murder of a man she was once involved with. Composer Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Malcolm X, Harriet, 25th Hour, Da 5 Bloods, One Night in Miami…) is reuniting with director Gina Prince-Bythewood (The Old Guard, Beyond the Lights) on the upcoming historical drama The Woman King. The film starring Viola Davis, Thuso Mbedu, Lashana Lynch and John Boyega is set in Africa’s Kingdom of Dahomey and tells the story of Nanisca, the general of the all-female military unit, and Nawi, an ambitious recruit, who together fought enemies who who violated their honor and enslaved their people. As previously reported, Lebo M has written original songs for the project.

The film is directed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite (Megan Leavey, Our Friend) and stars Ariana DeBose, Chris Messina, Pilou Asbaek, John Gallagher Jr., Costa Ronin and Masha Mashkova. The movie follows six astronauts living aboard the International Space Station (ISS) who have to take action after receiving distressing information from Earth that threatens their missions and their lives.
