The movie centering on the mythical hero driven to avenge the murder of his father and the slaughter of his village stars Jason Momoa, Ron Perlman, Rachel Nichols, Rose McGowan and Stephen Lang. The Millennium/Nu Image film is scheduled to be released on August 19, 2011 by Lionsgate.
