Sacha Chaban has been hired on to compose the score for the upcoming crime thriller Anderson Falls. The film is directed by Julien Seri (Yamakasi, Night Fare) and stars Shawn Ashmore, Gary Cole, Daniella Alonso, Richard Harmon, Vahina Giocante, Sonya Walger and Lin Shaye. The movie revolves around a detective who becomes convinced that his wife’s suicide is a murder and finds out that she was the victim of a team of father-and-son serial killers. Giles Daoust (Painkillers) wrote the screenplay. Luke Barnett & Vincent Masciale (Fear, Inc.) are producing the film under their Lone Suspect banner, alongside Giles Daoust (Starry Eyes) on behalf of Title Media and Mike Macari (The Ring franchise) for Koji Productions. Anderson Falls is currently in post-production. A release in 2019 is expected.
Chaban’s previous scoring credits include this year’s Breaking & Exiting starring Milo Gibson & Jordan Hinson. He also served as an orchestrator on the scores for Get Out (composed by Michael Abels) and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (composed by Tyler Bates), among others.
