Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the new French movie adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ classic novel The Count of Monte Cristo (Le Comte de Monte-Cristo). The album features the film’s original music composed by Jérôme Rebotier (The Fantastic Journey of Margot and Marguerite, About Joan, Sahara, The Best Is Yet to Come, What’s in a Name?). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, June 28 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list. A vinyl version is also being released in France. A first track (Le trésor) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump.
