Netflix Music has released two soundtrack albums for the South Korean Netflix limited series Boyfriend on Demand. The albums feature the songs from the show by artists including Doyoung, Fromis 9, Woody, Gemini, Sam Ock and Yena. Also included are selections from the project’s original score by composers such as Gaemi, Park Mi-sun, Park Yoon-seo, Park Jong-mi, Lee Jun-hwa, Jeon Chanwoong & others. The Part 1 and Part 2 albums are now available to stream/download on any major digital music services. Also listen to several tracks below. Boyfriend on Demand is created by Kim Jung-sik & Namgung Do-young and stars Jisoo, Seo In-guk, Seo Kang-jun, Lee Soo-hyuk, Gong Min-jeung, Yoo In-na and Ha Young. The 10-part romantic comedy follows an exhausted webtoon producer who escapes reality through a subscription-based virtual dating simulation program, where she gets to experience the dates of her dream.

Anne Nikitin Scoring Netflix’s ‘Unchosen’
Anne Nikitin (The Dropout, Hijack, American Animals, Mrs. Wilson, One Day, I.S.S., Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials, Dangerous Liaisons, Fate: The Winx Saga, Lost Girls) has provided the original score for the upcoming British Netflix original series Unchosen. The show is created by Julie Gearey (Intergalactic, Cuffs) and stars Molly Windsor, Asa Butterfield, Fra Fee, Christopher Eccleston, Siobhan Finneran, Alexa Davies, Ashton McAuley, Olivia Pickering and Lucy Black. The psychological thriller revolves around a young mother from a sheltered cult who crosses paths with a mysterious stranger and embarks on a risky affair that awakens desires and dark secrets.
‘Lead Children’ Soundtrack Album Released
Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Polish Netflix limited series Lead Children (Ołowiane dzieci). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Antoni Komasa-Łazarkiewicz (Copying Beethoven, Quo Vadis, Aida?, In Darkness, Rosemary’s Baby, In the Rearview) & Mary Komasa (Treasure, Franz, Charlatan, Cracow Monsters). Lead Children is directed by Maciej Pieprzyca, written by Jakub Korolczuk and stars Joanna Kulig, Kinga Preis, Michał Żurawski, Kinga Preis, Agata Kulesza, Marian Dziędziel and Sebastian Pawlak. The 6-part drama inspired by true events tells the story of a young doctor who discovers that children living near a smelting plant suffer from lead poisoning and risks her career and safety to save them.

Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series The Forsytes developed by Debbie Horsfield inspired by John Galsworthy’s Forsyte Saga novels and starring Francesca Annis, Stephen Moyer, Tuppence Middleton, Danny Griffin, Eleanor Tomlinson, Jack Davenport, Tom Durant-Pritchard, Millie Gibson, Joshua Orpin, Josette Simon OBE, Owen Igiehon, Jamie Flatters and Susan Hampshire. The show’s original music is composed by Anne Dudley (The Crying Game, American History X, The Full Monty, The Hustle, Benedetta, Pushing Tin) . Dubois Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s exclusively in the UK last October. Volker Bertelmann (Conclave, All Quiet on the Western Front, Lion, Patrick Melrose, Hotel Mumbai, Adrift, The Old Guard, The Crow, One Life) has composed the show’s original music. Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in early 2025 when the 8-parter premiered in several European markets. Netflix Music has released the Mixtape from Whisky Peak Saloon, featuring previously unreleased music from the second season of the Netflix original series One Piece. The album features ten tracks written by the show’s composers Sonya Belousova & Giona Ostinelli (The Witcher, Red Sonja, The Thing About Pam, The Romanoffs, Sacred Lies) and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Colin Stetson (Hereditary, The Menu, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hold Your Breath, Uzumaki, Color Out of Space, The First) has recently scored the new Netflix limited series Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen. The show is created by Haley Z Boston and stars Camila Morrone, Adam DiMarco, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jeff Wilbusch, Ted Levine, Gus Birney, Sawyer Fraser and Karla Crome. The 8-part horror drama is set at a wedding and follows a bride and groom in the week leading up to their ill-fated nuptials.

Netflix Music will release aa a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original series Beauty in Black. The album features selections of the original music from the second part of the show’s second season composed by Wow Jones & JimiJame$ (Tyler Perry’s Duplicity, Parish). Dominic Lewis & Daniel Futcher Scoring Tommy Wirkola’s ‘Thrash’
Dominic Lewis (Bullet Train, The Fall Guy, Peter Rabbit, The Man in the High Castle, Karate Kid: Legends, Money Monster, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Dope Thief, Spirited) has teamed up with Daniel Futcher (My Adventures with Superman) to compose the music for the upcoming Netflix original film Thrash. The movie is directed by Tommy Wirkola (Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Dead Snow) and stars Phoebe Dynevor, Whitney Peak and Djimon Hounsou. The thriller takes place after a catastrophic hurricane slams a coastal town and follows a group of stranded residents who must survive rapidly rising waters swarming with ravenous sharks.
