Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Disneynature documentary Sea Lions of the Galapagos. The album features the film’s original music composed by Raphaelle Thibaut (Secrets of the Whales, Introducing, Selma Blair, Mama’s Boy, Timeless Heroes: Indiana Jones and Harrison Ford, Heart of Invictus). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 22 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Sea Lions of the Galapagos is directed by Hugh Wilson, co-directed by Keith Scholey, narrated by Brendan Fraser and explores the fascinating world of the Galapagos alongside a host of creatures from land and sea. The movie follows a sea lion pup whose lifelong quest to find his place in the world is fraught with challenges and filled with new encounters with an array of creatures.

Premiering tonight is the National Geographic original documentary series Secrets of the Penguins executive produced by James Cameron, produced by Bertie Gregory and narrated by Blake Lively. The show’s original music is composed by Nainita Desai (The Deepest Breath, Nautilus, For Sama, The Tower, Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, The Reason I Jump, Funny Woman, Crossfire). Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score this past Friday. ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Volume 2 (Episodes 5-9) Soundtrack Album Details
The full details of the second soundtrack album for the Disney+ original series Daredevil: Born Again have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the final five episodes of first season of the the Marvel Television production composed by The Newton Brothers (X-Men ’97, The Haunting of Hill House, Doctor Sleep, The Life of Chuck, The Fall of the House of Usher, Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Forever Purge). The Volume 2 soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 18 by Hollywood Records & Marvel Music and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The labels have previously released an album featuring music from the first four episodes last month. Daredevil: Born Again is developed by Dario Scardapane, Matt Corman & Chris Ord and stars Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, Elden Henson, Clark Johnson, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Ayelet Zurer, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan and Jon Bernthal.
Ben Onono Scoring Disney+’s & Freeform’s ‘The Stolen Girl’
Ben Onono (Missing You, Half of a Yellow Sun, Ridley Road, Safe, Spell, Paranoid, Trust Me) has recently scored the new British Disney+/Freeform limited series The Stolen Girl. The show is developed by Catherine Moulton based on the best-selling novel by Alex Dahl and stars Denise Gough, Holliday Grainger , Jim Sturgess, Ambika Mod, Bronagh Waugh and Michael Workéyè. The 5-part psychological drama directed by Eva Husson (Mothering Sunday, Girls of the Sun) and follows a couple whose mundane existence spirals into chaos when their daughter goes missing after what appears to be a normal sleepover with a school friend and the mother is forced to embark on a cat-and-mouse chase across Europe to discover the shocking truth about her disappearance.
‘Not Just a Goof’ Soundtrack Album Released
Cameron Chambers (The Perfect Host: A Southern Gothic Tale, Road to the Open) has released a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original documentary Not Just a Goof. The album features the composer’s original score, as well as the original song We Made It written by Taylor Peckham. Not Just a Goof is directed by Eric Kimelton & Christopher Ninness and tells the untold story of Disney’s 1995 animated feature A Goofy Movie. The documentary follows a young creative team tackling their first Disney feature, facing disappointment upon release, only for the film to gain a passionate following decades later.

Martin Phipps (The Crown, Napoleon, Woman in Gold, War & Peace, Victoria, The Honourable Woman, The Aftermath, Peaky Blinders) and Dan Jeffries have composed the original music for the upcoming British Disney+ limited series Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes. The show is written by Jeff Pope (Philomena, Stan and Ollie) and stars Conleth Hill, Max Beesley, Emily Mortimer, Russell Tovey, Daniel Mays, Laura Aikman, Alex Jennings and Edison Alcaide. The 4-part drama directed by Paul Andrew Williams (Bull, Unfinished Song) focuses on the events surrounding the tragic killing of innocent Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes after he is mistaken for a terrorist and – told from multiple perspectives of those involved – examines how memory can be turned into fact and shape our understanding of the truth.
Brandon Roberts Scoring Disney+’s ‘Andor’ Season 2
Brandon Roberts (Thanksgiving, Chaos Walking, Fear Street Part 2: 1978, Land of Bad, Underwater, Motherland: Fort Salem, On a Wing and a Prayer, The Twilight Zone) has joined Disney+’s original series Andor as the show’s new composer. He has scored most of the episodes of the Lucasfilm production’s second season. Season 1 composer Nicholas Britell who was unable to commit to the entire season due to a personal family matter has scored two episodes of the new season and is being credited for providing “additional themes” on the rest of the episodes. Season 2 of Andor created by Tony Gilroy and starring Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough, Adria Arjona, Kyle Soller, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Alan Tudyk, Elizabeth Dulau, Ben Mendelsohn & Forest Whitaker takes place as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance.
Soundtrack Album for Disney+ Documentary ‘Pets’ Released
Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original documentary Pets. The album features the film’s original music composed by Sami Jano (We Feed People, Dads, Harlem Ice, David Blaine Do Not Attempt). Also included is the song Let’s Go Trap performed by Sterling “TrapKing” Davis. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Pets is directed by Bryce Dallas Howard and explores the extraordinary relationship that exists between animals and their people all around the world. ‘Hyper Knife’ Soundtrack Album Details
Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the South Korean Disney+/Hulu original series Hyper Knife. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by the project’s music director Baek Eun-woo , as well as Yang Seongho, Kim TaeJoon & Jung Youri. Also included is the song Dis-Moi, Je T’Aime by U.BAR.E. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 9 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Hyper Knife is written by Kim Sun-hee, directed by Kim Jung-hyun and stars Park Eun-bin, Sul Kyung-gu, Park Byung-eun and Yoon Chan-young. The medical thriller follows a genius neurosurgeon who is reunited with the professor who ruined her life years ago and and vows to take revenge.
