The details of the first soundtrack album for the second season of Lucasfilm’s Disney+ original series Andor have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the first three episodes of Season 2 composed by Brandon Roberts (ThanksgivingChaos WalkingFear Street Part 2: 1978Land of BadUnderwaterMotherland: Fort SalemOn a Wing and a PrayerThe Twilight Zone). Nicholas Britell who scored the first season has contributed the original Andor themes. The Volume 1 soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 25 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A first track has already been released earlier this week and three more albums featuring music from the final nine episodes will be coming out over the next couple of weeks. Andor is created by Tony Gilroy and stars Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Adria Arjona, Ben Mendelsohn, Denise Gough, Faye Marsay, Kyle Soller, Alan Tudyk, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau and Forest Whitaker. The first thee episodes of Season 2, which takes place as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance, just premiered this past Tuesday and are now available to stream exclusively on Disney+.
