La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1965 James Bond movie Thunderball directed by Terence Young and starring Sean Connery, Claudine Auger, Adolfo Celi, Rik Van Nutter, Luciana Paluzzi and Guy Doleman. The 60th Anniversary Edition album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner John Barry (Dances with Wolves, Out of Africa, Goldfinger, Somewhere in TimeBody Heat, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service), including previously unreleased music. Also included is Tom Jones’ title song written by Barry and lyricist Don Black, as well as the song Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang written by by Barry and lyricist Leslie Bricusse in two different versions performed by Dionne Warwick and Shirley Bassey. The 2-CD set, which is limited to 5,000 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also find out more about the release and listen to audio samples. Dubois Records has released a soundtrack album for the ITV drama I Fought the Law. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Luke Richards (Stay Close, Six Four, Fool Me Once). The show is directed by Danielle Franco (Cold Case: The Tylenol Murders) and centers on a decades-old tragedy that destroyed one family and ignited the darkest fears of a small New Jersey town. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the crime thriller Caught Stealing directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Austin Butler, Regina King, Zoë Kravitz, Liev Schreiber, Matt Smith, Vincent D’Onofrio, Carol Kane, Benito A Martínez Ocasio and Griffin Dunne. Jeremiah Fraites (of the folk band The Lumineers) has written the original score for the upcoming biographical drama Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere. The film is written and directed by Scott Cooper (Black Mass, Crazy Heart) and stars Jeremy Allen White in the title role, Jeremy Strong as his long-time confidant and manager, Jon Landau, as well as Paul Walter Hauser, Stephen Graham, Odessa Young, Marc Maron, Gaby Hoffman and David Krumholtz. The full details of the soundtrack album for the Prime Video original series The Runarounds have been revealed. The album features the songs from the show by the titular band and will be released digitally this coming Monday, September 1 by Arista Records. The film is written and directed by Jarmusch and stars Tom Waits, Adam Driver, Mayim Bialik, Charlotte Rampling, Cate Blanchett, Sarah Greene, Vicky Krieps, Indya Moore, Luka Sabbat and Françoise Lebrun.
