Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Italian Netflix original film Robbing Mussolini. The album features the film’s original music composed by David Holmes (Ocean’s Eleven, Killing Eve, Haywire, Out of Sight, Analyze That, No Sudden Move). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Robbing Mussolini is written and directed by Renato De Maria and stars Pietro Castellitto, Matilda De Angelis, Filippo Timi, Tommaso Ragno, Maccio Capatonda and Isabella Ferrari. The heist comedy follows a Milanese wartime entrepreneur who forms a band of misfits to conduct an elaborate heist of the legendary treasure belonging to the Duce of Fascism, Benito Mussolini. Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Justin Tranter will serve as the executive music producer on the upcoming comedy drama The Young King. He will also be contributing original music to the film, which marks the feature directorial debut of Larin Sullivan and will star Kiersey Clemons, Michael Shannon and Barbie Ferreira. The movie follows an aspiring drag king who comes to Las Vegas to reconnect with her estranged father and to make her debut performance in America’s biggest drag king revue. ‘House of the Dragon’ Soundtrack Album Released

WaterTower Music has released the first soundtrack album for the HBO original series House of the Dragon. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Eternals, Iron Man, Uncharted, Clash of the Titans, A Wrinkle in Time). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. A CD version is available to order here. House of the Dragon is created by Ryan Condal & George R. R. Martin and stars Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Steve Toussaint, Emma D’Arcy, Eve Best, Sonoya Mizuno, Fabien Frankel and Rhys Ifans. Premiering on Tuesday, October 25, is the Netflix anthology series Cabinet of Curiosities created by Guillermo del Toro. Tim Davies (Maya and the Three), Jeff Danna (Onward), Christopher Young (Spider-Man 3), Daniele Luppi (Magic City), Michael Yezerski (Blindspotting), Anne Chmelewsky (Where Hands Touch), Daniel Lopatin (Good Time) and Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant) have composed the score for the eight episodes and Holly Amber Church (Open 24 Hours) has written the main title and prologue music. Also premiering on Tuesday is the fantasy adventure Blade of the 47 Ronin directed by Ron Yuan and starring Anna Akana, Mark Dacascos, Dustin Nguyen, Akira Koieyama, Chris Pang and Mike Moh. The film’s original score is composed by Linkin Park’s Joe Hahn and Alec Puro (Black Summer, The Art of Getting By, All Nighter). Jonny Greenwood was named Film Composer of the Year at the 22nd World Soundtrack Awards, tonight’s closing event of the 49th Ghent Film Festival, for his scores for Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog and Pablo Larrain’s Spencer. Nicholas Britell was honored as TV Composer of the Year today for his score for the third season of the HBO original series Succession. He previously won the award in the same category in 2020 and also won Film Composer of the Year in 2019, Discovery of the Year in 2017 and for Best Original Song in 2021.
