Netflix Music has released a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original series The Diplomat. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Marcelo Zarvos (Fences, The Equalizer 3, May December, The Affair, Emancipation, The Good Shepherd, Ray Donovan). Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the superhero movie Venom: The Last Dance written and directed by Kelly Marcel and starring Tom Hardy, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Stephen Graham and Alanna Ubach. The film’s original music is composed by Dan Deacon (Hustle, Ascension, The Changeling, Rez Ball, Twixt, All Light, Everywhere, Wedding Season, Strawberry Mansion). Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the thriller Conclave directed by Edward Berger and starring Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, Sergio Castellitto, John Lithgow and Isabella Rossellini.
