Composer Blake Neely (Masters of the Air, The Pacific, The Flash, The Flight Attendant, Greyhound, Arrow, Everwood, Riverdale, Life As We Know It) is reteaming with director Ryan White on the upcoming documentary Come See Me in the Good Light. The movie centers on two poets, Andrea Gibson and Megan Falley, who are dealing with an incurable cancer diagnosis and go on a poignant journey through love, life and mortality. White is also producing the project with Jessica Hargrave, Tig Notaro and Stef Willen. Singers/songwriters Brandi Carlile and Sara Bareilles are among the movie’s executive producers. Music Box Publishing has released a full soundtrack album for the French/Belgian/Georgian crime thriller In the Name of Blood (Brûle le Sang). The album features the film’s original music composed by Guillaume Ferran (Take a Chance on Me, The Scammers, Escort Boys, Jusant, Marie-Line et son juge). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. The label has previously released the composer’s trailer and main theme last week. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 2000 historical drama The Patriot directed by Roland Emmerich and starring Mel Gibson, Heath Ledger, Jason Isaacs, Joely Richardson, Chris Cooper, René Auberjonois, Tchéky Karyo and Tom Wilkinson. The album features the complete original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner John Williams (Star Wars, Jaws, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Schindler’s List, Raiders of the Lost Ark), including previously unreleased music, as well as alternate and source cues.
