The film is directed by Anthony Burns (Skateland) and stars Katherine Heigl, Patrick Wilson, Jordana Brewster, Kevin McKidd, A.J. Buckley, Chi McBride and Jim Belushi. The movie, which was originally entitled North to Hell, follows a businessman whose life would be perfect if it weren’t for his domineering wife controlling his every move. tina-guoCellist Tina Guo has released the album Tina Guo & Composers for Charity, which features collaborations with a variety of film, TV, and video game composers. The pieces on the album are written by composers including Neal Acree (Diablo III), Penka Kouneva (Primrose Lane), Austin Wintory (Journey), Lorne Balfe (The Penguins of Madagascar), Jeff Rona (Dominion), Bill Brown (CSI: NY), Nuno Malo (The Celestine Prophecy) and Pinar Toprak (The River Murders). The proceeds from the digital album will be donated to the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation to support underfunded music in schools. The album is now available on Loudr.fm and iTunes, where you can also listen to audio clips. ‘Horns’ Score Album Announced

hornsLakeshore Records has announced a score album for Alexandre Aja’s horror thriller Horns. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) who previously scored the Aja-produced Maniac. The soundtrack was released yesterday in the UK and will arrive in the U.S. digitally on October 14. A CD version will be released on November 4 and is available for pre-order on Amazon.
