Klaus Badelt has recently recorded his score for the upcoming martial arts action adventure epic Warrior’s Gate. The film is directed by Matthias Hoene (Cockneys vs Zombies) and stars Dave Bautista, Mark Zhao, Ni Ni, Uriah Shelton, Francis Ng and Sienna Guillory. The movie follows a teenager who is magically transported to China and learns to convert his videogame skills into those of a Kung Fu warrior. Luc Besson (The Professional, Lucy, The Fifth Element) and Robert Kamen (Taken, The Karate Kid, The Transporter) have written the screenplay. The drama is inspired by the 2010 Australian feature of the same title directed by David Michôd and follows the matriarch of a Southern California family whose excessive lifestyle is fueled by their criminal activities.
