MovieScore Media will release the first soundtrack album for Michael Winterbottom’s 2002 drama In This World. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Dario Marianelli (Atonement, Pride and Prejudice, Anna Karenina, The Boxtrolls). The soundtrack will be released on March 25, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. In This World stars Jamal Udin Torabi, Enayatullah, Imran Paracha, Hiddayatullah, Allah Bauhsh, Hossain Baghaeian, Yaaghoob Nosraj Poor, Ghodrat Poor, Kerem Atabeyoglu, Erham Sekizcan and Nabil Elouahabi. The movie follows two young Afghani refugees journeying to seek a better life in Europe. The drama premiered at numerous film festivals around the world in 2002 and 2003 and was released in select theaters by Lionsgate as part of the Sundance Film Series in 2003.
