Premiering tonight in the U.S. is Fox Networks Group Europe & Africa’s first original series Deep State created by Matthew Parkhill & Simon Maxwell and starring Mark Strong, Karima McAdams, Joe Dempsie, Lyne Renée, Alistair Petrie, Anastasia Griffith, Amelia Bullmore, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Pip Torrens and Fares Fares. The show’s original music is composed by Harry Escott (Shame, Hard Candy, Welcome to the Punch). Also premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British mini-series Man in an Orange Shirt directed by Michael Samuels and starring James McArdle, Joanna Vanderham, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Julian Morris and Vanessa Redgrave. Dan Jones (On Chesil Beach, Shadow of the Vampire, Lady Macbeth, Max) has composed the project’s original music. ‘Octavio Is Dead’ Soundtrack Released

Last Gang Records has released a soundtrack album for the supernatural thriller Octavio Is Dead. The album features the film’s original music composed by director Sook-Yin Lee, Adam Litovitz & Alia O’Brien (of the band Blood Ceremony). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Octavio Is Dead is written and directed by Lee and stars Sarah Gadon, Raoul Trujillo, Rosanna Arquette and Dimitris Kitsos. Score Album for ‘Hotel Transylvania’ Movies to Be Released

Sony Classical will release the first soundtrack album for Sony Pictures Animation’s Hotel Transylvania franchise. The album features selections from the original scores of 2012’s Hotel Transylvania, 2015’s Hotel Transylvania 2 and the upcoming Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (Thor: Ragnarok, The LEGO Movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Royal Tenenbaums). The soundtrack will be released on July 6, 2018 and will be available to download here. A CD version is now available to pre-order as an import on Amazon. The Hotel Transylvania movies are directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and feature the voices of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, David Spade, Steve Buscemi, Keegan-Michael Key and Molly Shannon. ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ Soundtrack Released

Meliam Music has released a soundtrack album for Terry Gilliam’s The Man Who Killed Don Quixote. The album features the film’s original music composed by Roque Banos (Don’t Breathe, Evil Dead, In the Heart of the Sea, The Machinist, Risen). The soundtrack is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also check out audio samples. The Man Who Killed Don Quixote is co-written and directed by Gilliam and stars Adam Driver, Stellan Skarsgard, Jonathan Pryce and Olga Kurylenko. Three new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this week:

Opening in most theaters Pixar’s animated feature Incredibles 2 directed by Brad Bird and featuring the voices of Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell, Huck Milner and Samuel L. Jackson. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Giacchino (Up, Ratatouille, Inside Out, Star Trek, Lost, Jurassic World, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). Also opening wide is the comedy Tag directed by Jeff Tomsic and starring Ed Helms, Jeremy Renner, Hannibal Buress, Isla Fisher, Jake Johnson, Jon Hamm, Annabelle Wallis, Rashida Jones and Leslie Bibb. Germaine Franco (Dope, Vida) has composed the film’s original music. Walt Disney Records has released the soundtrack for the new Pixar Animation Studios short Bao. The film’s original music is composed by Toby Chu (Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return, Covert Affairs, Unforgettable, Burn Notice, Henchmen). The soundtrack is now available to download as a digital single on Amazon. Bao is directed by Domee Shi and follows an empty-nesting Chinese mom who gets another chance at motherhood when one of her dumplings springs to life and must come to terms with the bittersweet revelation that nothing stays cute and small forever. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for Leave No Trace. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dickon Hinchliffe (Winter’s Bone, Out of the Furnace, Locke, Last Chance Harvey, Little Men). The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 29, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Leave No Trace is directed by Debra Granik and stars Ben Foster, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Jeff Kober and Dale Dickey. The movie follows a father and his thirteen year-old daughter who are living in an ideal existence in a vast urban park in Portland, Oregon, when a small mistake derails their lives forever. Pinar Toprak has announced that she is set to score Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel. The film is directed by Ryan Fleck & Anna Bowen (Half Nelson, Mississippi Grind) and stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, Mckenna Grace, Clark Gregg and Jude Law. The movie follows the title character as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes after the Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds.
