Gustavo Santaolalla is reteaming with director Thierry Klifa on the upcoming French drama Tout nous sépare. The film stars Catherine Deneuve, Diane Kruger, Nicolas Duvauchelle and Nekfeu. No plot details have been revealed yet. Klifa also co-wrote the screenplay with Cedric Anger (Next Time I’ll Aim for the Heart). François Kraus & Denis Pineau-Valencienne (L’ennemi intime), Maxime Delauney and Romain Rousseau are producing the project. Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the family drama A Dog’s Purpose. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Rachel Portman (Emma, The Cider House Rules, Chocolat, Never Let Me Go, The Vow). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 27 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples.
