Danny Bensi and Saunder Jurriaans are set to reteam with director Matthew Ross on the upcoming thriller Siberia. The film starring Keanu Reeves, Ana Ularu, Pasha Lychnikoff and Molly Ringwald. The movie follows an American diamond merchant who travels to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds of questionable origin and finds himself in a love-obsessed relationship with a Russian cafe owner. Scott B. Smith (A Simple Plan, The Ruins) wrote the screenplay. Columbia will release a soundtrack album for the animated sequel Despicable Me 3. The album features the original songs and themes from the movie written by Pharrell Williams, including the original track Yellow Light, which will be released tomorrow. George Kallis to Score ‘Cliffs of Freedom’

George Kallis has been hired to score the upcoming historical drama Cliffs of Freedom. The film marks the feature directorial debut of visual effects artist Van Ling and stars Christopher Plummer, Tania Raymonde, Patti LuPone, Kevin Corrigan, Jan Uddin, Billy Zane and Raza Jeffrey. The movie centers on the ill-fated romance between a Greek village girl and a conflicted Turkish officer during the dawn of the Greek War for Independence against the Ottoman Empire in 1821.
