Hasbro has released the first-ever score album for the animated series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero developed by Ron Friedman and starring Michael Bell, Arthur Burghardt, Corey Burton, William Callaway, Brian Cummings, Ed Gilbert and Chris Latta. The album features selections of the score from the first 5-part mini-series, which premiered in 1983, and Season 1 of the animated series, which made its debut in 1985, including over 40 minutes of unreleased music from the original composers Robert J. Walsh (Revenge of the Ninjas, My Little Pony: The Movie) and Johnny Douglas (The Transformers, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man). Also included is an instrumental version of the show’s iconic theme song. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here and other digital music stores. Score Album for Disney Channel’s ‘Descendants’ Announced

Walt Disney Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the Disney Channel franchise Descendants. The album features selections of the original score from all three movies in the series composed by David Lawrence (High School Musical, American Pie, Van Wilder, Julie and the Phantoms, Teen Beach Movie, Company Man). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and all other major digital music stores. The label has previously released soundtracks featuring the songs from the original 2015 Descendants film, 2017’s Descendants 2 and 2019’s Descendants 3. The albums for the first and third movie also featured a score suite by Lawrence. A soundtrack album has been released for the thriller Girl. The album features the film’s original score composed by Dillon Baldassero (Black Cop, American Hangman, Mary Goes Round). Walt Disney Records has released a new soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ original series The Mandalorian. The album features selections of the original music from the first four episodes of the show’s second season (Chapters 9-12) composed by Ludwig Goransson (Black Panther, Tenet, Creed, Community, Venom) who recently received his first Emmy Award for his work on the first season. Madison Gate Records has released a new soundtrack album for the game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. The album features a collection of the famous music cues featured in the hit ITV TV series composed by Keith Strachan and Matthew Strachan. The full details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix original film The Prom have been revealed. The album features all the songs from the movie written by Matthew Sklar (with lyrics by Chad Beguelin) and performed by cast members including Meryl Streep, James Corden, Nicole Kidman, Keegan-Michael Key, Jo Ellen Pellman, Ariana DeBose, Kerry Washington, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Chamberlin, Nathaniel J. Potvin, Nico Greetham, Logan Riley and Sofia Deler. A first track (Tonight Belongs to You) was released last month and the original song Wear Your Crown written by Sklar, Beguelin, Adam Anders & Peer Astrom and performed by Streep, DeBose, Pellman, Washington & Kidman will be coming out tomorrow. The full soundtrack will be released digitally on December 4 by Sony Masterworks and is now available for pre-order here.
