Opening in select theaters and virtual cinemas today is the documentary The Reason I Jump directed by Jerry Rothwell. The film’s original music is composed by Nainita Desai (For Sama, American Murder: The Family Next Door, Enslaved, Enemy Within, Telling Lies). Mercury Classics will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score on April 16. Opening in select theaters today before premiering on Netflix on January 22 is the drama The White Tiger written and directed by Ramin Bahrani and starring Adarsh Gourav, Rajkummar Rao, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Adarsh Gourav, Mahesh Manjrekar and Vijay Maurya. Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, Boy Erased, The Outsider, The Gift, Enemy, Martha Marcy May Marlene) have composed the film’s original music. Reinhart Records has released the cover version of the David Bowie’s Heroes from the Netflix original film We Can Be Heroes. The song (originally written by Bowie & Brian Eno) is performed by Haley Reinhart, produced by Dave Damiani and is now available to stream/download as a digital single on Amazon and other digital music stores. Labrinth has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix original film Malcolm & Marie. The drama is written and directed by Sam Levinson (Assassination Nation) and stars John David Washington and Zendaya. The movie follows a filmmaker and his girlfriend Marie who return home from a movie premiere and await his film’s critical response, when the evening takes a turn as revelations about their relationship surface, testing the couple’s love. ‘Looney Tunes: Back in Action’ & ‘Babe’ Deluxe Edition Soundtracks Announced

Varese Sarabande has announced the latest titles in its CD Club series, including a deluxe edition for the 2003 animated/live-action hybrid comedy Looney Tunes: Back in Action directed by Joe Dante and starring Brendan Fraser, Jenna Elfman,, Timothy Dalton, Joan Cusack, Bill Goldberg, Heather Locklear and Steve Martin. The album features the film’s expanded original score composed by Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Planet of the Apes, Chinatown, Basic Instinct, L.A. Confidential, Patton). Also included are the rewrites and additional music from the movie by John Debney, Cameron Patrick & others, as well as alternates and outtakes of Goldsmith’s score. The album features the film’s original music composed by The Album Leaf (aka Jimmy LaValle) (The Endless, Spring, The F**k-It List).
