Madison Gate Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series For All Mankind. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery, Star Trek: Picard, Legion, The Umbrella Academy, The Night Of, The Act). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 19 and will be available to stream/download here. The label has previously released the composer’s score from the first season. Composer Danny Elfman has confirmed in a recent interview with Inverse that he will be reteaming with director Sam Raimi on Marvel Studios’ upcoming feature Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams & Chiwetel Ejiofor who reprise their roles from previous Marvel productions. They are joined by Xochitl Gomez who will star as America Chavez. No plot details have been announced yet. Jade Bartlett and Michael Waldron (Heels) wrote the screenplay and Kevin Feige (Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther, Guardians of the Galaxy) is producing the project. Read the rest of this entry »

Decca Classics will release a soundtrack album for Chloé Zhao’s drama Nomadland. The album features the compositions by Ludovico Einaudi (The Intouchables, The Father, Samba, This Is England) from the movie, as well as tracks by Ólafur Arnalds, Cat Clifford, Nat King Cole, Paul Winer, Donnie Miller & Tay Strathairn.
