‘Queen of F*cking Everything’ Soundtrack Album Released

Platoon has released a soundtrack album for the Finnish TV series Queen of F*cking Everything. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Lauri Porra (Stormskerry Maja, Heavy Trip). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. Queen of F*cking Everything is written and directed by Tiina Lymi and stars Laura Malmivaara, Katja Küttner, Minna Haapkylä, Janne Reinikainen, Kristo Salminen and Miro Lopperi. The Rabbit Films production follows a Helsinki real estate agent/high society fixture who wakes up one morning to find her husband missing and – forced to steal to survive and pay back millions of dollars of debt she owes on his behalf –  gets drawn into the city’s criminal underworld.

Bruce Broughton’s ‘One Shoe Makes It Murder’ & ‘Killjoy’ Scores to Be Released

Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album featuring two previously unreleased scores composed by Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Tombstone, Rescuers Down Under, Young Sherlock Holmes, The Miracle on 42nd Street, Homeward Bound, Lost in Space). The album includes the composer’s score for the 1982 CBS movie One Shoe Makes It Murder directed by William Hale and starring Robert Mitchum & Angie Dickinson, as well as his music for the 1981 television movie Killjoy directed by John Llewellyn Moxey and starring Kim Basinger, Robert Culp, Stephen Macht, John Rubenstein & Nancy Marchand. The Bruce Broughton Collection – Volume 1 is now available to order as a limited CD edition on the label’s official website, where you can also check out audio clips and find out more about the soundtrack. A digital version is also expected.

World Premiere Release of Gil Mellé’s ‘Gold of the Amazon Women’ Score Announced

Dragon’s Domain Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1979 television movie Gold of the Amazon Women directed by Mark L. Lester and starring Bo Svenson, Anita Ekberg, Donald Pleasence, Bob Minor and Richard Romanus. The album features the film’s original music composed by Golden Globe nominee Gil Mellé (The Andromeda Strain, Borderline, The Sentinel, Night Gallery, The Organization). The CD, which is limited to 500 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples and find out more about the release. A digital release is also expected in the coming weeks (visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download). Gold of the Amazon Women premiered in March of 1979 on NBC and is now available to purchase on DVD.

‘M. Son of the Century’ Soundtrack Album Details

The details of the soundtrack album for the Sky original drama M. Son of the Century (M. Il figlio del secolo) have been revealed. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by The Chemical Brothers’ Tom Rowlands (Hanna, Trespass Against Us). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 10 by Milan Records. Son of the Century is directed by Joe Wright, written by Stefano Bises & Davide Serino based on the best-selling novel by Antonio Scurati and stars Luca Marinelli as Benito Mussolini, as well as Francesco Russo, Barbara Chichiarelli, ederico Majorana, Benedetta Cimatti and Lorenzo Zurzolo. The 8-parter chronicles the history of a country that surrendered to dictatorship and covers the period from the founding of Fasci Italiani in 1919 through to Mussolini’s infamous speech in parliament following the murder of socialist MP Giacomo Matteotti in 1925.

‘It’s the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown!’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Lee Mendelson Film Productions will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1974 animated television special It’s the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown! created by Charles M. Schulz and directed by Phil Roman. The album features the premiere release of complete score from the twelfth Peanuts special composed by Vince Guaraldi (A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Boy Named Charlie Brown). Also included as a bonus track is Woodstock’s Medley performed byDavid Benoit (piano) with original Guaraldi sidemen Seward McCain (bass) and Mike Clark (drums),  recorded fifty years later at the same Hyde Street studio where the soundtrack was recorded in San Francisco. ‘American Primeval’ Soundtrack Album Details

Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s original limited American Primeval. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by the post-rock band Explosions in the Sky (Friday Night Lights, Prince Avalanche, Lone Survivor, Manglehorn). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 9 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Smith and stars Taylor Kitsch, Betty Gilpin, Dane DeHaan, Jai Courtney, Shea Whigham, Joe Tippett, Saura Lightfoot Leon and Preston Mota. The 6-part western directed by Peter Berg follows a mother and son fleeing from their past to form a family while confronting a harsh landscape of freedom and cruelty in the American West.

The show is created by Mike Scully & Julie Thacker Scully (The Simpsons, Duncanville) and stars Tim Allen, Kat Dennings, Seann William Scott, Daryl Mitchell, Barrett Margolis and Maxwell Simkins.
