Jazz trumpeter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer Michael Leonhart is making his television scoring debut on the new NBC comedy Newlyweds. The show is created by Gail Lerner (Black-ish, Animal Practice) & Jamie Lee Curtis and stars Téa Leoni, Tim Daly, Curtis herrself, Emma Meisel, Bill O’Neill, Ignacio Diaz-Silverio and Al Madrigal. The series tells a later-in-life love story about a free-spirited woman and a buttoned-up professor who marry impetuously after a whirlwind courtship.

‘These Violent Delights’ Soundtrack Released
John Lemke (The Undateables, House of Kardashian, Open, Rise of the Billionaires, Janey) has released a soundtrack album for the British dance movie These Violent Delights. The album features the composer’s original music from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. These Violent Delights is directed by Christopher Hampson & Oscar Sansom and stars Kayla-Maree Tarantolo, Ishan Mahabir-Stokes, alongside Scottish Ballet artists. The Scottish Ballet company’s first major feature is based on Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet and follows Juliet as she awakens from a fever dream.
‘VisionQuest’ Vol. 1 (Episodes 1-4) Soundtrack Album Details
The details of the first soundtrack album for Marvel’s Disney+ original series VisionQuest have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the first four episodes of the show composed by Mick Giacchino (The Penguin, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, The Muppets Mayhem, Zootopia+, Extinct, Surviving Hurricane Otis, That Dirty Black Bag). The Volume 1 soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 22 by Hollywood Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. La Cupula Music has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish drama Alive (Viva). The album features the film’s original music composed by Clara Aguilar (aka CLARAGUILAR) (Creatura, Graduation Trip: Mallorca, Suro). Hollywood Records has released the eighth song from the soundtrack for the FX original series The Drop: A Snowfall Saga. Available now to stream/download on all major digital music services is Ruff & Tuff (in four different versions) co-written by the project’s executive music producer Larrance “Rance 1500” Dopson and Jason “Problem” Martin (with Larry & Roger Troutman and Marcus White) and performed by Symba & Roger Troutman. Also included are selections of the drama’s original score composed by Morgan Kibby (Grotesquerie, Finding Emily, Mothering Sunday, Wilderness, Queens, The Power) & David Klotz (All’s Fair,The Watcher, American Sports Story, The Prom). Decca Records has released the original song The Better Part of Bravery from LAIKA Studios’ animated feature Wildwood. Roger Goula Scoring Idris Elba’s & Martin Owen’s ‘Above the Below’
Roger Goula (Sense and Sensibility, Next Goal Wins, All That Breathes, The Frankenstein Chronicles, Shark Whisperer, Tiger House, Identicals) has provided the original score for the upcoming survival thriller Above the Below. The film is directed by actor Idris Elba (who made his feature directorial debut on the project) & Martin Owen (Let’s Be Evil, Twist) and stars Elba himself, Caitlin FitzGerald and Hero Fiennes Tiffin. The movie follows three astronauts in a race against time after an unscheduled crash-landing leaves them trapped in the crushing depths of the ocean with no contact with mission control and oxygen rapidly running out.
Timothée Chalamet’s & Hans Zimmer’s ‘Desert Chant’ from ‘Dune: Part Three’ Soundtrack Released
WaterTower Music has released the first track from the soundtrack for Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming sci-fi epic Dune: Part Three.
