Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross & Jon Batiste have received their first BAFTA Award for their music for Pixar’s Soul in the Original Score category today at the Orange British Academy Film Awards ceremony. They previously received the Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award for their work on the animated movie and is also nominated for an Academy Award. Check out Ross’ acceptance speech after the jump. Reznor & Ross were also nominated this year for their score for Mank and the other nominated composers were Emile Mosseri (Minari), James Newton Howard (News of the World) and Anthony Willis (Promising Young Woman).
