Quartet Records has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature White Fang. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Bruno Coulais (Coraline, The Chorus, The Crimson Rivers, Winged Migration) and performed by the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Gast Waltzing. Also included is the original song You Will Find a Home by Bonnie “Prince” Billy (aka Will Oldham). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. A CD version is set to come out next month. White Fang is directed by Alexandre Espigares and features the voices of Rashida Jones, Nick Offerman, Eddie Spears and Paul Giamatti. The movie is based on Jack London’s classic novel of the same title and chronicles the life of White Fang, a wolf dog who experiences the best and worst of humanity. The animated adventure premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be released in French theaters this Wednesday, March 28. Netflix has picked up rights for the U.S. and other markets and is planning a release later this year.
