Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album for the British Disney+/Hulu limited series Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Martin Phipps (The CrownNapoleon, Victoria, The Honourable Woman, Woman in Gold, War & Peace, The Aftermath, Peaky Blinders) and Dan Jeffries. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composers’ “epilogue” track after the jump. Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes is written by Jeff Pope, directed by Paul Andrew Williams and stars Edison Alcaide, Conleth Hill, Max Beesley, Emily Mortimer, Daniel Mays, Russell Tovey, Laura Aikman and Alex Jennings. The 4-part drama chronicles the events surrounding the tragic killing of innocent Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes after he is mistaken for a terrorist and examines how memory can be turned into fact and shape our understanding of the truth. The series premiered last month in the U.S. on Hulu and in the UK and most other major international markets on Disney+.
