Dickon Hinchliffe has been hired to score the upcoming drama Little Men. The film is directed by Ira Sachs (Love Is Strange, Keep the Lights On) and stars Greg Kinnear, Jennifer Ehle, Paulina Garcia, Theo Taplitz and Michael Barbieri. The movie is set in Brooklyn and follows a two boys whose bond is tested by their parents’ battle over a dress shop lease. Sachs has also written the screenplay with Mauricio Zacharias and is producing the project with Lucas Joaquin (Complete Unknown), Christos V. Konstantakopoulos (Before Midnight, After the Fall), Jim Landé and L.A. Teodosio. Hinchliffe’s previous scoring credits include such titles as Winter’s Bone, Last Chance Harvey, Out of the Furnace and Locke. Little Men will premiere in January at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
