WaterTower Music will release the official soundtrack album for Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. The album features the film’s original music composed by Hans Zimmer (Gladiator, The Lion King, The Thin Red Line, Man of Steel) who previously scored the director’s Inception and The Dark Knight trilogy. The soundtrack will be released on November 18, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The full details are expected to be revealed after the movie opens on November 7. Interstellar stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine. The movie follows a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.
